Proof
Numbers we put back on the P&L.
Real results from brands shipping hundreds to tens of thousands of orders a day.
We built the fulfillment engine for a DTC supplements brand. Labels print to the floor untouched, inventory syncs hourly, and every lot stays tracked. Pick and pack throughput climbed 5x.
A DTC consumer-goods brand had two full-time staff sorting batches and reconciling inventory by hand. We automated the work end to end. That freed both roles, about $100K a year, for higher-value work.
Our audit of a high-volume brand traced roughly $200K a year in recoverable shipping spend. The cause: DIM-weight overcharges and broken rate shopping, because product dimensions never reached the shipping platform.
The audit must find margin worth 3x its fee in year one. If it can't, we refund it and tell you not to hire us.
The path
From first call to margin back on the P&L
Three steps. You approve each one before we start. No long contract to get in the door.
Discovery
A short call. You show us your stack and where ops hurts. We tell you if an audit is worth it.
Audit
We model the leaks in your numbers. You get a signed-off dollar figure and a clear build plan. If year-one payback is under 3x the fee, we refund it.
Build & operate
We build the ops backbone on tools you already run, then stay on to keep the numbers good. No ERP project. No rip-and-replace.
How we help
One backbone for CPG fulfillment, inventory, and margin back on your P&L.
We build and run the operation from the warehouse floor to the margin number your team reports on.
Orders out the door, without the fire drills
We run the floor work that moves each order: route, batch, pack, and ship. All on the tools your team uses now.
One source of truth you can trust
We match orders, stock, and COGS across all your tools. Your reports agree. Your margin number is real.
Alerts and forecasts on numbers that are right
Once the truth layer is live, we turn on the alerts. You hear when a SKU's margin flips. You get warned before a hero SKU runs out. Problems reach your inbox before they hit your P&L.

Questions operators ask before they book
What does Go Topo actually do?
We build and run the operational backbone for CPG brands that fulfill their own orders. We configure and extend the systems you already run (ShipStation, Shopify, NetSuite, Celigo, Extensiv), then operate them with your team so fulfillment scales without new ops hires.
Who do you work with?
DTC, CPG, and 3PL brands. Most clients run between 500 and 50,000 orders per month and have hit the limits of out-of-the-box automation in their stack. Many use ShipStation as the shipping layer; many use Shopify or NetSuite as the OMS or ecommerce platform.
You guys popped up when I was searching for ShipStation experts; are you really ShipStation experts?
Yes. Our founder, Pierce Harmon, was a Principal Engineer at ShipStation and Auctane and led the go-to-market team for the ShipStation API. He helped build the platform: the automation engine, the public API, and the data layer.
How do you charge?
The discovery call is free. If we are a fit, we start with a paid technical audit that produces a documented roadmap with clear pricing for each phase. You approve each phase before we start it. We do not bill open-ended hours.
Will I be locked into a long contract?
No. Engagements run month-to-month after the audit. Termination is 30 days, no cause required. You earn the next month every month.
If we stop working with you, who owns the software?
You do. You own the custom software we build. If we part ways, the system keeps running and you have the source.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We integrate with whatever stack you run: ShipStation, Shopify, NetSuite, Celigo, Extensiv, Sellercloud, Cart Rover, Zenventory, RF Smart, Stamps.com, EasyPost, EasyShip, SPS Commerce EDI, Flexport, Cin7, Apparel Magic, PaceJet. We integrate; we do not replace.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
Go Topo is based in Austin, Texas, and works remotely with clients across the United States. We travel for kickoff or critical-phase work when it makes sense; most engagements run on video and async.
