Operators print to the wrong printer, grab the wrong slip, or pack the wrong box because the workflow at station 3 is not the workflow at station 1. ## The solution We standardise pack flows across stations: every station has the same scan-pack sequence, the same printer assignments by document type, the same prompt order, and the same exception handling. Printer mapping lives in configuration, not in spreadsheets and operator memory. ## The outcome A new operator at any station follows the same steps as every other operator.
