Inventory drifts between Shopify, NetSuite, ShipStation, and the warehouse floor. Cycle counts catch some of it. Oversells and customer-service tickets catch the rest. Adjustments are made but not logged in a way that lets you find the root cause.

We wire your existing systems together so inventory updates flow in one direction with one source of truth. Every adjustment is logged with operator, reason code, and timestamp. Lot tracking is enforced at receive and at pick. Cycle counts are scheduled and assigned automatically.

## Frequently asked questions

**Do you replace our ERP or WMS?**

No. We pick the system that should hold the source-of-truth inventory (typically your OMS or WMS) and wire the others to subscribe. Replacing systems is rarely the right move; clarifying which one owns inventory always is.

**Can you support lot and serial tracking?**

Yes. Lot tracking is a first-class part of every implementation. Serial tracking we support where the underlying systems do; we will not pretend a system can do something it cannot.
