## How we work

Four phases. You choose how far to go.

1. **Data cleanup and audit (1-3 weeks).** Trace every field, every active automation rule, and every integration. Document the current-state map, surface what drops or conflicts, and deliver a phased plan with clear pricing.
2. **Automation rules.** Rebuild and extend ShipStation automation rules so they fire consistently at scale. Includes carrier selection by weight and zone, VIP and rush handling, hold and QC routing, and exception detection.
3. **Custom fulfillment layer.** API-level work on top of ShipStation: order ingest, channel-specific transformations, custom dashboards, integrations with NetSuite, Celigo, Extensiv, and other systems where the native integration is not enough.
4. **Data, reporting, and AI.** Centralised reporting, cross-carrier rate shopping, and ML-driven optimisations (box sizing, carrier selection, demand planning) on the data you already produce.

Our founder was a Principal Engineer at ShipStation and Auctane and led the go-to-market team for the ShipEngine API. He helped build the platform: the automation engine, the public API, and the data layer.

**How do you charge?**

The discovery call is free. If we are a fit, we start with a technical audit that produces a documented roadmap with clear pricing for each phase. You approve each phase before we start it.

**What does the engagement look like?**

Four phases: audit and roadmap, automation, custom fulfillment layer, and data/reporting/AI. You choose how far to go.

**Can you work with our existing systems?**

Yes. We work with whatever stack you run: Extensiv, Sellercloud, Shopify, NetSuite, custom API tools, hybrid 3PL setups. We integrate with your systems, not replace them.

**How long will this take?**

Audits take 1-3 weeks. Automation and configuration rebuilds take 2-6 weeks. Custom API integrations take 4-8 weeks. Timelines depend on your team's availability.
